About Us
I grew up in Atlanta, where wings aren't just food, they're a part of the culture. Every spot had their own unique take on sauces, and I learned early on that wings could be so much more than just buffalo.
When I moved out west, I realized that kind of creativity didn’t exist everywhere. I couldn’t find those bold flavors I grew up loving. Seattle’s inventive, experimental vibe pushed me to start mixing and testing my own recipes until I found something I loved. Then, when I landed in South Lake Tahoe, the entrepreneurial energy of the community gave me the push to finally go for it and start bottling my sauce.
Winghuvan was born out of that journey, Southern roots, a spark of creativity, and a whole lot of Tahoe “send it” spirit. Now it’s here for you to enjoy at home!
